AYAM ANIKA

 

 

Ingredients:
A

15 red chilies

3 stalks lemon grass

15 pcs candlenuts

100g garlic

100g galangal

1 thumb sized turmeric or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

(blend all the above items together)

 

 

Methods:

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Leave aside for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Blend (A) finely with coconut milk.
  3. Heat enough oil and deep fry chicken for a few minutes. Drain.
  4. With 2 tbsp of oil, add in blended ingredients and stir fry till oil is separated from the mixture.
  5. Stir in the chicken, add in DAIRY CHAMP EVAPORATED FILLED MILK, turmeric leaves, salt and pepper to taste. Continue to stir fry until quite dry.
  6. Serve oil with Nasi Impit or lemang.
