GREEN CURRY FISH

Ingredients:

A

5 - 6 pcs kaffir leaves

2 sprigs daun kesum

2 tbsp fish sauce

salt to taste

100ml DAIRY CHAMP EVAPORATED FILLED MILK

180ml lukewarm water

2 tbsp DAIRY CHAMP INSTANT HIGH CALCIUM NON-FAT MILK POWDER

(mix water & milk powder together)

4 - 5 pcs ladies fingers, cut in 3cm length

2 - 3 tomatoes, cut wedges

6 green chilies

1 large green bell pepper

3 sprigs daun ketumbar inclusive of roots

rind of 2 kaffir fruits (limau purut)

1 tbsp cumin seeds or 1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

1 stalk lemon grass

3 slices galangal

1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

1/2 pc belacan

 

Methods:

  1. Blend (C) with 3 tbsp oil till fine.
  2. Heat oil, 2 tbsp oil fragrant (C).
  3. Mix in (A) and simmer, stirring constantly.
  4. Add in fish together with (B) until cooked.
  5. Serve well with rice.
