HOT SPICY CHICKEN

 

 

Ingredients:
A

2 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp fennel powder

1 tbsp pepper

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

50g ginger, chopped

3 slices galangal, crushed

2 pcs turmeric leaves, coarsely shredded

 

B

10 red chilies

15 shallots

5 pips garlic

2 small pips wild ginger (cekur)

3 stalks lemon grass

 

Methods:

  1. Heat oil and fragrant (A) and (B).
  2. Add in chicken and continue to stir fry until well coated. Pour in 1/2 of DAIRY CHAMP INSTANT HIGH CALCIUM NON-FAT MILK mixture and continue to stir.
  3. When chicken is quite cooked, add in the remaining DAIRY CHAMP INSTANT HIGH CALCIUM NON-FAT MILK. Continue to cook until quite dry. Add salt to taste.
  4. Garnish and serve well with bread or nasi impit.
