Ingredients:
- 250g ripe mango
- 225ml lukewarm water
- 2 1/2 DAIRY CHAMP INSTANT HIGH CALCIUM
NON-FAT MILK POWDER
- (mix together water & milk powder)
- 2 tbsp DAIRY CHAMP SWEETENED CREAMER
- 1 tsp mango essence
- 1 cup crushed ice
Methods:
- Peel and cut the mango.
- Remove the seed.
- Place all ingredients into a
blender.
- Blend well.
- Server immediately.
