SAVOURY PANCAKES

Ingredients:

50g butter

1 Bombay onion, chopped coarsely

50g flour

100ml DAIRY CHAMP EVAPORATED FILLED MILK

a dash of pepper

salt to taste

2 pcs bay leaves

 

Methods:

Filling:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan, sauté onion and add in flour. Cook on low heat, gently add in DAIRY CHAMP EVAPORATED FILLED MILK. Mix well to a smooth paste.
  2. Add seasoning.
  3. Stir in chicken, mixed vegetables and mushrooms. Allow to cool, ready for wrapping.

Pancakes:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients to a smooth mixture.
  2. Lightly grease and heat a non-stick pan with butter and spread a thin layer of batter and cook a piece at a time till batter is finish.
  3. Wrap each pancake with 2 or 3 tbsp of filling. Serve hot as snack or afternoon tea.
