SEAFOOD PAELLA

Ingredients:

A

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp chicken granules

1 tsp salt

 

B

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 kg Basmati rice, washed and drain

3 pcs bay leaves

1.3 liter water

 

C

100ml lukewarm water

1 tbsp DAIRY CHAMP INSTANT HIGH CALCIUM NON-FAT MILK POWDER

(mix together water & milk powder)

 

150 ml salad oil

 

Methods:

  1. Heat oil, add onions and garlic till golden. Stir in the tomatoes.
  2. Add in all the seafood together with (A). Leave aside.
  3. With the residue left, add in (B) and continue to fry adding water slowly.
  4. Spoon rice into rice cooker and allow to cook till quite dry, pour in DAIRY CHAMP INSTANT HIGH CALCIUM NON-FAT MILK POWDER mixture (C), and top with ready seafood mixture.
  5. Allow to cook, garnish with chopped and fried shallots.
