
Ingredients:
For the Pancakes:
- 500g large prawns, washed and trimmed. Slit
the back.
- 100ml
DAIRY CHAMP EVAPORATED FILLED MILK
- 4 pcs tamarind (asam keping)
- 10 pcs kaffir leaves, sliced finely
- 5 tbsp oil
To grind:
- 3 stalks lemon grass
- 1 small piece turmeric
- 3 slices galangal
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200g shallots
- 30 dried chilies
- 5 - 6 red chilies
- 10 - 15 bird chilies
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- a pinch of sugar
Methods:
- Heat enough oil and gently stir fry the
prawns for a few minutes. Drain the oil and keep the prawns aside.
- With 4 tbsp oil, fragrant the ground
ingredients, add in the tamarind pieces together with
DAIRY CHAMP EVAPORATED FILLED MILK and kaffir leaves. Add seasoning.
Simmer till quite dry.
- Add in the prawns and keep stirring until
well coated.
- Serve hot.
