Methods:

  1. Heat enough oil and gently stir fry the prawns for a few minutes. Drain the oil and keep the prawns aside.
  2. With 4 tbsp oil, fragrant the ground ingredients, add in the tamarind pieces together with DAIRY CHAMP EVAPORATED FILLED MILK and kaffir leaves. Add seasoning. Simmer till quite dry.
  3. Add in the prawns and keep stirring until well coated.
  4. Serve hot.
