Ingredients:
- 6 A-Size eggs
- 1 tin (515g) DAIRY CHAMP Sweetened Beverage Creamer
- 500g water
- 350g butter
- 750g all purpose flour
- 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Methods:
- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Mix DAIRY CHAMP Sweetened Beverage Creamer with water in a
container.
- Beat in DAIRY CHAMP milk liquid and the remaining ingredients with
eggs till the batter is smooth.
- Heat up the waffle iron. Brush the waffle iron with some oil or butter.
- Pour batter onto the waffle iron.
- Bake till steaming stop (approximately for 5 minutes).
The above ingredients can make 9 pieces 10-inch DAIRY CHAMP Crisp
Waffles.
